Caisson Gardens

Yesterday I visited Caisson gardens near Bath on one of their open days. Recently featured on BBC Gardeners’ World, this garden has unique topography being built at the summit of 22 locks and a canal built from huge Bath stone blocks. It features a large pond, several greenhouses, an unique rill, orchard garden and wildflower meadow. The proliferation of spring tulips in the ground and in containers made for a beautiful display.
